I believe I now have enough changes since 3.1.0.21 to justify a new release.
So from now I will start preparing for the appstore release, specifically:
1) reintroduction of previous and next button during the structural navigation but with clearer (hopefully) meaning
2) translations of the new strings in french and german
3) update of the help
